How do celebrity meetups work?
Our platform connects you directly with verified celebrities for authentic experiences. Once you book a meetup through your membership, we handle all logistics to create a memorable, personalized interaction with your favorite star.
What's included in fan club access?
Fan club members enjoy exclusive content like behind-the-scenes videos, private Q&A sessions, early ticket access, and members-only forums. Higher tiers include meet & greet opportunities and personalized experiences.
Is there a cancellation policy?
You can cancel your membership anytime with 30 days notice. Meetup bookings canceled more than 14 days in advance receive full refunds. Within 14 days, 50% of the fee is refundable.
What's the difference between monthly and annual plans?
Annual plans offer 15% savings and priority booking for high-demand celebrity events. Monthly plans provide flexibility to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel with shorter notice periods.
How are celebrities verified?
Every celebrity on our platform undergoes a thorough verification process including identity confirmation and direct partnership agreements. We ensure all experiences are authentic and meet our quality standards.
What happens after the trial ends?
After your 14-day trial, your selected membership plan will automatically begin. You'll retain access to any content or benefits you unlocked during the trial period based on your chosen membership level.
